Because of this naughty dog who loves to fish out laundry from our makeshift hamper…
We decided to get these TALL laundry baskets from SM Department Store. They were in need of laundry labels though – whites, colors and hand wash.
So here’s a super easy, and cheap, laundry labels DIY.
What you need:
1. Plastic ID holders (Only PhP 7 in National Bookstore!)
2. Decorative paper (I used dog and cat notepads)
3. Pens or Letter stamps for labeling
4. Ribbon or string
Step 1: Take out the ID insert from the plastic holder. Use it to cut your decorative paper to size.
Step 2: Use pens to write or draw the labels. I used letter stamps with black ink.
Step 3: Insert the labels into the plastic holders and use the ribbon to attach it to your baskets!
Extra nesting tip: Keep a smaller laundry bag inside the basket for smaller items like socks and undies. You can get a set of 3 mesh bags from Daiso for only PhP 88. Just zip them up and toss in the washing machine and dryer and you’ll never lose a sock again!
