The freezer is your friend this summer. Fruits are a refreshing (and healthy) alternative to ice cream. Here are two frozen fruit snacks that you can easily whip up yourself.
Snack #1: Frozen Grapes + Cottage Cheese
Grapes and cheese have always been great together. But frozen grapes and cold cottage cheese – even better! You get sweetness from the grapes, now with a yummy ice-drop texture, and savory from the cottage cheese topped with cilantro leaves.
Snack #2: Avocado Ice Drops
I notice that our avocados ripen so quickly when its hotter. So they won’t spoil, I decided to make them into ice drops.
