Washi-fied Starbucks Tumbler

If you’ve got those “Design your own” Starbucks tumblers, make colorful inserts with washi tape!

These tumblers are a bit pricey at PhP 495, but they’re the best quality – the insert will not get wet when washed. I’ve bought cheaper versions from Landmark, but my inserts got wet within seconds under the tap. This one was re-gifted to me from Rob, yay!

What you need:

  1. Customizable tumbler
  2. Washi tape
  3. Paper
  4. Scissors and pencil

Step 1: Trace the insert template onto the paper.

Step 2: Create your design with washi tape. For this one, I wanted to use my patterned and printed tapes.

Step 3: Cut off the excess paper.

I continued to make a total of three designs since it was so fun.

Step 4: Insert into the tumbler, seal the bottom, done! Now, which one to use first…
